I've just started a new blog Credit Crunch Cookbook which is a humble effort to provide information and tools for surviving and even thriving in the hard and challenging economic times in which we live. Or as the tag line reads "Recipes for surviving and thriving in hard economic times" - more like the "Anarchist's Cookbook" than recipes for preparing meals on a budget. Although if anyone has some good and "thrifty" vegetarian or vegan recipes please do send them on.

If we want clean water, fresh food, a sound financial system and healthy communities, we are going to have to finance and govern these resources ourselves. That means withdrawing our investment from the stocks and bonds of the institutions that are draining us.
